Islamic Family Planner handles your data with care. This statement explains which data we process, why, and what your rights are.
Who we are
Islamic Family Planner is responsible for processing your data. Company details (name, Chamber of Commerce number, address) will follow. Contact: hallo@islamicfamilieplanner.nl.
Waitlist
When you join the waitlist, we store your first name, email address, language, whether you're interested in the ready-made package, the moment you gave consent and, if present, the campaign that brought you to the website (utm data). We only use this to inform you about the launch. Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
Spam protection
To prevent abuse we keep an encrypted (hashed) version of your IP address for at most 24 hours per sign-up. We never store the IP address itself.
Statistics without cookies
We measure visits to the website with Vercel Web Analytics. It works without cookies and without tracking you across other websites; we only see totals, such as the number of visits per page. That's why there is no cookie banner.
The app
Data in the app is stored in the EU and only visible to your own family. For children we only store a first name and age group. No ads, no selling of data.
Who helps us
Supabase (database, stored in Frankfurt, EU) and Vercel (hosting and statistics; the website runs in Frankfurt). We put data processing agreements in place with these parties. For email we will later use Resend; we'll add that here when the time comes.
How long
We keep waitlist data until the launch and at most 12 months after, or shorter if you unsubscribe. Hashed IP addresses for at most 24 hours.
Your rights
You can view, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent. Email us at hallo@islamicfamilieplanner.nl. If you're not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
